Develop and Maintain GIS Data – Develop GIS data by conducting GPS surveys, and then maintaining both new and existing data in geodatabases, Oracle and SQL databases. Using a proven quality process, we ensure all data is checked for accuracy and standard compliance prior to being stored in a database.
Clean and Standardize Data – Whether using existing or new data, we ensure all data is standardized to enable data sharing. We are expert in Spatial Data Standards for Facilities, Infrastructure and Environment (SDSFIE) compliance; however, we can use any existing standards and protocols used by our clients. We adhere to standards for setting and maintaining metadata using either Federal Geographic Data Committee standards or specialized standards required by the client.
Database Design and Administration – We create and maintain data in all of the following database applications: SQL, Oracle 9 / 8i / 9i / 10g: Database Administration, Performance and Tuning, Distributed Databases, Advanced Replication, Spatial, Oracle Designer. Based on the requirements, number of users, type of data and information to be stored and accessed, we help select the right database or adopt databases already in use.
