“…T3W went above and beyond the contract tasks to ensure that NMCSD facility data layers were captured and uploaded into RSIMS accurately. The T3W team worked very closely with the NAVFAC SW Geo-Readiness Center to ensure that the GIS data that was captured in this project was compatible and displayed in RSIMS/Citrix so that NMCSD could access and utilize the data daily. I would recommend using T3W for similar GIS work in the future…”

“I want to take this opportunity to thank the T3W team for the excellent work you performed on the environmental contract at Naval Medical Center, San Diego (NMCSD) in 2011. T3W’s overall performance on this contract was excellent. You were able to gather a tremendous amount of data from both current and historical asbestos surveys, populate the data in GIS, and attach photos of the sampled areas and resulting test results. This data is now available to a wide range of health and safety, and facilities management staff via the Navy’s portal. The T3W team has far exceeded the established data standards, raising the bar of excellence in this category to a new level. These thoughtfully developed asbestos-related GIS criteria did more than meet the expectations of our asbestos management personnel. In fact, it has become the new benchmark, as the overall geospatial standards for the NAVFAC SW Asbestos Program; the intent is to implement them in remaining installations.
On this project, the T3W worked well as a member of the NMCSD team. They engaged our stakeholders, from numerous departments and contractors, the timing of which was critical to our success. Your work was always on time and met the highest level of quality. As a result of your efforts, I feel our personnel will be better able to respond to emergency maintenance work knowing they can quickly determine if there are any special requirements necessary to perform safely. You have also made it easier for NMCSD to maintain current asbestos related information as we can update our GIS whenever a new sample is processed, ensuring that personnel always have the latest and best information possible.
I thank you for your commitment to NMCSD as seen by the quality of your work and staff. You are true professionals and I look forward to future engagements with T3W.”
