T3W provided management, supervision, and labor necessary to support the Command Operations & Support Business Unit at NIWC Pacific, formerly SPAWAR Systems Center Pacific (SSC PAC). Support and services included Base Operating Support (BOS) management and analysis, common support and service agreements, staff civil engineering, facilities management, security, command administrative support and service, safety management, environmental engineering, and a range of miscellaneous compliance programs including Emergency Management, Continuity of Operations Planning, Drug Free Workplace, and Records Management support. Labor categories included Facility Planner, Cost Estimator, Security Clerks, Command Administrator, Continuity of Operations (COOP) Program Specialist, and Electronic Key Management System and Key Management Infrastructure Security Program Administrator. |

T3W provided RTP services, a Scientific and Technical Intelligence Liaison Officer (STILO), and a Special Security Officer to support NIWC Pacific. T3W provided RTP subject matter expertise focused primarily on Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) requirements and development of Program Protection Plans (PPPs). We collaborated with Programs of Record (PORs) to address RTP requirements through direct contact and working groups, assisted with the development of Programs of Record PPPs, developed SCRM protection methods, assisted with Critical Program Information assessments and Criticality Analysis, and collaborated with the NIWC RTP lead with process improvement. T3W wrote and tracked research and technology protection requirements, ensuring the programs meet all requirements per the DoD, Navy and SPAWAR policies. |

T3W provides performance improvement recommendations, organizational analysis, professional, and technical services in support of the ARNG Division and Directorate initiatives and assigned missions. Work supports organizational assessments using Information Technology based methods, procedures and models, cost analysis, special projects/studies, information technology support, facilitation, administration, logistics, consulting, and training support services. Labor categories utilized include Project Coordinator, Applications Developer, Budget Analyst, Management Analyst, Database Manager, Programmer, Strategic Readiness Analyst, and IT Specialist. |
146th Civil Engineering Squadron (146 CES), Channel Islands Air National Guard | Environmental Program Manager |
T3W provided an on-site Environmental Program Manager for Environmental Compliance services in support of the 146 CES, Channel Islands Air National Guard Station in Port Hueneme, California. Work areas included a variety of industrial shops, production areas, laboratories, confined spaces, and outdoor work sites. All work performed was in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, Air National Guard standards, instructions, and commercial practices. The primary purpose of this position was to develop tools for the implementation and monitoring of various environmental programs as outlined in Federal, State, local, DOD, AF, and ANG laws, regulations, instructions, directives, and policy guidance, such as hazardous waste management, hazardous materials management, pollution prevention, above ground storage tank management, Environmental, and the Safety, and Occupational Health Compliance Assessment and Management Program (ESOHCAMP). |
