We deliver nationwide training and site assessments for Guard organizations, ensuring effective system navigation and compliance. We manage logistics, scheduling, and certification through the Army Training Requirements and Resource System (ATTRS). Additionally, we support ARNG policy development and sustainment through research, analysis, and participation in IPPS-A workgroups and business process refinement initiatives. |

USAF 414th Combat Training Squadron (414 CTS), Nellis AFB | Red Flag-Rescue (RF-R) and Other Personnel Recovery (PR) Training |
T3W supports Detachment One (Det 1), 414 CTS, in training USAF Personnel Recovery (PR) forces across all PR functions and tasks while integrating joint, interagency, and multinational participants in operational and tactical-level exercises. We provide comprehensive support for ACC exercise Red Flag-Rescue (RF-R) and other PR training events, covering all five stages of exercise development: design, planning, preparation, execution, and evaluation. Our team ensures alignment with the latest JNTC USAF RF-R Training Program Accreditation and Review Report functional areas. Our JELC Director and Exercise/Contract SME also oversee exercise management, providing expert guidance to the Commander on Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC) execution and contract compliance. |

T3W provides knowledge management support to MCIPAC DPRI in Okinawa, Japan. Our personnel develop and manage the MCIPAC DPRI Development Program SharePoint site. This SharePoint site functions as a Program Management Information System (PMIS) to facilitate efficient and effective integration of program information and distribution across the program. T3W integrates, automates, and maintains program status and reporting features with the PMIS to ensure real-time program reporting of project and program metrics and enhance overall program performance efficiencies. We assist in developing executive-level briefing materials that include program plans, status, and historical data for program stakeholders. We also provide recommendations and technology-driven solutions to manage workflow more effectively in the planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling of the overall program. |
Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific | Research & Technology Protection (RTP) Support |
T3W provided RTP subject matter expertise to support NIWC Pacific, formerly SPAWAR Systems Center Pacific, focusing primarily on Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) requirements and developing Program Protection Plans (PPPs). We collaborated with Programs of Record (PORs) to address RTP requirements through direct contact and working groups, assisted with developing Programs of Record PPPs, developed SCRM protection methods, assisted with Critical Program Information assessments and Criticality Analysis, and collaborated with the NIWC Pacific RTP lead with process improvement. T3W wrote and tracked research and technology protection requirements, ensuring the programs meet all requirements per the DoD, Navy and NIWC Pacific policies. |
