Labor categories include an Internal Communications (IC) Lead; Senior Writers, Editors, Event Planners; Senior Corporate Communication support for Marketing, Graphics, Multimedia Animation, Design, Modeling, and Application Development; Senior and Journeyman Administrative Professionals; Senior and Journeyman Financial Operations Specialists; and a Knowledge Management (KM) Lead. |
USAF 414th Combat Training Squadron (414 CTS), Nellis AFB | Red Flag-Rescue (RF-R) and Other Personnel Recovery (PR) Training |
The mission of Detachment One (Det 1), 414 CTS is to train USAF PR forces across the four functions and five tasks of PR while facilitating integration with joint force, interagency, and multi-national participants at the operational and tactical level during large force PR exercises. T3W provides services to Det 1, 414 CTS supporting ACC exercise RF-R and other Personnel Recovery training events for the five stages of an exercise: design, planning, preparation, execution, and evaluation services. We provide PR exercise and event support for the most current JNTC USAF RF-R Training Program Accreditation and Review Report functional areas. Our JELC Director, Exercise/Contract SME provides provide overall management of all facets related to the JELC and expertise to the Commander in regard to exercise management and contract rules and requirements. |
US Marine Corps Installation Pacific (MCIPAC) | Defense Policy Review Initiative (DPRI) Enterprise Planning & Project Management |
T3W provides knowledge management support to MCIPAC DPRI in Okinawa, Japan. Our personnel develop and manages the MCIPAC DPRI Development Program SharePoint site. This SharePoint site functions as a Program Management Information System (PMIS) to facilitate efficient and effective integration of program information and distribution across the program. T3W integrates, automates, and maintains program status and reporting features with the PMIS to ensure real-time program reporting of project and program metrics and enhance overall program performance efficiencies. We assist in developing executive level briefing materials that include program plans, status, and historical data to program stakeholders; and provide recommendations and technology driven solutions to manage workflow more effectively in the planning, execution, monitoring and controlling of the overall program. |
Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific | Research & Technology Protection (RTP) Support |
T3W provided RTP subject matter expertise to support NIWC Pacific, formerly SPAWAR Systems Center Pacific, focusing primarily on Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) requirements and developing Program Protection Plans (PPPs). We collaborated with Programs of Record (PORs) to address RTP requirements through direct contact and working groups, assisted with developing Programs of Record PPPs, developed SCRM protection methods, assisted with Critical Program Information assessments and Criticality Analysis, and collaborated with the NIWC Pacific RTP lead with process improvement. T3W wrote and tracked research and technology protection requirements, ensuring the programs meet all requirements per the DoD, Navy and NIWC Pacific policies. |
