OASIS+
The One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus (OASIS+) contract is a multi-agency, government-wide acquisition contract (GWAC) designed to provide streamlined, flexible, and cost-effective professional services for federal agencies, including the Department of Defense (DoD). This contract vehicle allows DoD agencies to acquire a full range of professional services across multiple domains, focusing on efficiency, compliance, and mission readiness.
OASIS+ contracts build on the success of the OASIS and OASIS Small Business (OASIS SB) contracts, offering federal agencies access to highly qualified contractors for their comprehensive and complex non-IT services solutions worldwide.
OASIS+ allows for all contract types at the task order level (e.g., Cost-Reimbursement (all types), Fixed-Price (all types), Time-and-Materials, and Labor-Hour). Task orders may also combine multiple contract types (e.g., FFP/Cost, FFP/Labor Hour, etc.). Scope:
OASIS+ is a family of Best-In-Class contracts for commercial and non-commercial services acquisitions for classified and unclassified task orders within CONUS and OCONUS.
