OASIS
OASIS Small Business (SB) is a family of Multiple-Award, Government Wide Acquisition (GWAC) contracts that provide flexible and innovative solutions for complex professional services. The contract is available for use by all Federal agencies and other entities as listed in the current General Services Administration (GSA) Order, OGP 4800.2I, Eligibility to Use GSA Sources of Supply and Services.
OASIS allows for all contract types at the task order level (e.g., Cost-Reimbursement (all types), Fixed-Price (all types), Time-and-Materials, and Labor-Hour). Task orders may also combine multiple contract types (e.g., FFP/Cost, FFP/Labor Hour, etc.). Additionally, task orders may include incentives, performance-based measures, multi-year or option periods, and commercial or non-commercial items. Task orders may be set-aside for Woman-Owned Small Business.

Shore T3W Solutions JV, a Joint Venture between Shore Solutions and T3W Business Solutions, Inc., has been awarded the 8(a) Streamlined Technology Acquisition Resource for Services (STARS) III Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) by the General Services Administration (GSA) that has a $50 billion ceiling and focuses on emerging technologies.
GSA’s Best-in-Class 8(a) STARS III GWAC provides flexible access to customized IT solutions for contracts requiring the following types of services:

Services may be delivered to the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) and the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). This IDIQ contract establishes the acquisition framework for delivering the full scope of information technology services and capabilities to support intelligence needs for the DIA and the NGA. This is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle. Task Orders can be placed against this contract on a Fixed Price type, Cost type, Time and Material, Labor Hour, or a hybrid basis.
